Northern Loop
It is a 30 to 50 minute walk depending how often you stop to ponder the sights.
It is easy to walk and you pass the detour off to the "Twister". If you go to the Twister you can rejoin the Northern Trail without doubling back.
7 - Go clockwise. Seems that the grades are a bit easier but it is all easy.
(126 pics at 2 secs = 4 min 12 secs)
8 - Go counter clockwise - Seems to show the features better!
(143 pics x 2 secs = 4 min 46 secs)
10 - Take It Easy Accessibility Trail
From the start in the parking lot to the Ancient Grove with the last pictures of Monty, Bob's dog - he was put down that afternoon.

Eastern Loop -
3 - Clockwise starting near the Lonely Giant and going south to outside the boundaries. On the loop back there is a point where you can cut over to the powerline and another where you can head down to the Sechelt Heritage Forest. Good trip for a half hour in the Grove seeing the Giant and a nice walk.
(4 minutes)
4 - Counter clockwise route means a bit steaper uphills but still easy. You start right at the parking lot and you end at the Lonely Giant.
Sechelt Vista
5 - CLOCKWISE -- Clockwise route starts on the Main trail BEFORE you get to the Ancient part of the Grove. An easy walk although some real care should be exercised coming down the narrow gut on the way back. It rejoins the main trail north of the wetlands.
(about 2 minutes and 30 seconds)
6 - COUNTER CLOCKWISE -
Starts just out of the loop in the Ancient Grove and is well marked.
(about 2 minutes and 30 seconds)
1 - The Main Entry Walk - the parking lot into the Ancient Grove itself and back after a loop through the wetland area. 20 minutes
(43 pics at 2 secs= 1min 26secs)
2 - The Lonely Giant - A short detour to see a very old tree standing alone.
Why was it not logged??
(12x 2 sec pic = 24 seconds)

D - Root Loop - From Main Trail
Cuts off from the Main Trail about half way along. Leads back to Bob Road OR to the Main Trail further on.

E - The "OTHER" Side.
Across the Raod from the 'B' entrance into the SHF Sandy Hook side is the equally enchanting eastern side which leads over to the powerlines. There one can go up th line to a wonderful view or enter into Hidden Grove on its Eastern Loop.
