DOCUMENTS AND LETTERS AND STUFF
It is early days for the society. This page references hundreds of documents for the Hidden Grove and there are more for the Sechelt Heritage Forest on its special pages.
Some of these are back before there was active action in the community but the majority prior to 2011 were under a Committee Structure for the Sandy Hook Community Association. In March, 2011 the Society was formed to stand alone mainly to gain status for a Charitable Tax Benefit.

The short booklet form of the Plan is easiest to follow and it is in Adobe Acrobat - .pdf format (1693 KB). This was done in 2002. It is a bit out of date(parking lot changes and NO CYCLING AT ALL) but contains the essense.
The full large book presented to the various parties is here too - .pdf format (Note: Very Large file-14 megs)

Hidden Grove  Legacy Concept Plan
Prepared for the District of Sechelt starting August, 2002 By The Hidden Grove Park Steering Committee, a committee formed through a call for volunteers from the Sandy Hook Community Association under a Resolution dated July 22, 2002.
The plan is designed to comply with the requirements of the LWBC Checklist. The District and the Committee have reviewed those requirements and certain parts are designated as the responsibility of the Committee. In 2003 the formal name of the project was changed by dropping the "park" reference and replacing it with the "Legacy" identifier.
