1) The drought meant material could not be laid in
2) Due to heavy rains in October two places found that needed culverts and these were installed.

January 31, 2013 - Right through to the completion in late March
 The Trailbuilders start to do their thing. First day nearly 100 metres prepared and it was so much fun they came back the next day to do more.
